More than writing or panelling or anything, figuring out what style to use is what makes me hesitate most on comics. Even subtle little changes or pen sizes can make a difference. I’ve built up this story for 7 years and I’ve ground to a halt over style once more. (And don’t even know where to start on colours vs grey scale) Despite the subject matter, it’s not a serious story, so I want it to feel light but not be entirely out of place with sensitive scenes. I also need a style that’s fast, easy, and recognizable. So…what I’m looking for by posting this…is help. Even if you never intend to read one page of this comic, your opinion is extremely useful to me. So basically, which do you like best so far?

- angeloftoast answered: The first. The third is far too cartoon esque and the second looked a little hasty/sketchy. The first had a better sort of feel.

- liralicia answered: Third one. The first one is the prettiest, but it’s also the most generic one. Second and third are more unique.
